Quick Summary: Use our tracked link, complete an eligible purchase in the same session, wait for the merchant to validate it (30-90 days), and then withdraw your funds once the cashback becomes available. Cashback is not guaranteed and depends entirely on successful third-party tracking.

1. The Nature of Cashback

Cashback is a reward program provided by SavingsOn.AI as a way to share a portion of the affiliate commission we earn from merchants. It is important to understand that cashback is not a legal right, but a discretionary reward based on successful transaction attribution and commission payment from the merchant.

2. Eligibility and Tracking Requirements

To ensure your purchase is eligible for cashback, you must adhere to the following technical requirements:

  • Login: You must be logged into your SavingsOn.AI account when clicking the outbound link.
  • Direct Path: You must click the "Activate Cashback" button and complete the purchase on the merchant's site immediately. Opening multiple tabs or visiting other sites (including coupon or comparison sites) between clicking our link and completing your purchase will likely break tracking.
  • Browser Settings: Your browser must be configured to allow third-party cookies and cross-site tracking.
  • Clean Session: We recommend clearing your browser's cookies before clicking our link to ensure no previous tracking data from other sources interferes with the attribution.

3. The Validation Lifecycle

Your cashback will move through several stages in your dashboard:

  1. Pending: This means the merchant has reported the transaction to us. It typically appears within 24-72 hours of purchase. It is not yet confirmed and can still be declined.
  2. Validated/Approved: The merchant has confirmed that the order is valid, the return period has passed, and they have paid the commission to SavingsOn.AI. This usually takes 30 to 90 days.
  3. Available for Payout: Once the funds are confirmed, they move to your available balance for withdrawal.
  4. Declined/Rejected: The merchant has refused to pay a commission for the transaction.

4. Common Reasons for Declined Cashback

A merchant may decline cashback for several reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Returns or Cancellations: If you return the product or cancel your subscription for a refund.
  • Unapproved Coupons: Using a coupon code, discount code, or voucher that was not explicitly provided by SavingsOn.AI.
  • Existing Subscriptions: Most AI tools only offer cashback for new customers. If you are renewing an existing subscription or using an existing account, you may not be eligible.
  • Multiple Devices: Clicking on one device and purchasing on another.
  • Taxes and Fees: Cashback is usually calculated on the net purchase price, excluding taxes, shipping, and processing fees.

5. Missing Cashback Investigations

If a purchase does not appear in your dashboard within 7 days, you can file a "Missing Cashback Claim".

  • Deadline: Claims must typically be filed within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Investigation Time: Merchants can take anywhere from 1 to 6 months to investigate a manual claim. We have no control over this timeline.
  • Decision Finality: If a merchant denies a missing cashback claim after an investigation, their decision is final. We cannot pay cashback if we do not receive the commission.

6. Withdrawal and Payout Rules

You can request a payout once your "Available" balance reaches the minimum threshold of $10.

  • Verification: We may require identity verification or additional proof of purchase before processing high-value withdrawals to prevent fraud.
  • Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from the cashback rewards you receive.
  • Account Inactivity: We reserve the right to close accounts and forfeit balances that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

7. Fraud Prevention and Account Audits

To protect our platform and our merchant partners, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to audit any account, withhold cashback, and terminate accounts suspected of engaging in deceptive practices.

Prohibited fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Duplicate Accounts: Creating or managing more than one account per person.
  • Automation: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the platform or generate clicks.
  • Transaction Manipulation: Engaging in "churning" (intentionally purchasing and returning products) solely to manipulate cashback or referral rewards.
  • Unauthorized Payments: Using stolen credit cards, unauthorized accounts, or any fraudulent payment method to complete purchases.
  • False Claims: Submitting forged or altered invoices/receipts as part of a missing cashback claim.

If we suspect fraud, we may suspend your account indefinitely while we conduct an investigation. During this time, all pending and available cashback will be frozen. If our investigation confirms fraudulent activity, all cashback in the account will be forfeited, and you may be permanently banned from the platform.

8. Modifications to Offers

Merchants may change their cashback rates or pull their offers from our platform at any time without notice. The rate you see at the time of purchase is the rate we will attempt to secure for you, but the final amount is subject to the merchant's validation at the time of payout.
