When you make a tracked purchase, the cashback initially appears as "Pending" in your dashboard. This happens because AI providers enforce a waiting period (typically 30 to 90 days) to ensure the subscription remains active and is not refunded or canceled.
Available Status
Once the provider's waiting period ends and they finalize the commission payment to us, your cashback moves to "Available." At this stage, the funds are fully secured and ready for you to withdraw.
What Can Affect Tracking?
To ensure you receive your cashback, the AI provider needs to successfully trace your purchase back to SavingsOn.AI. Be mindful of these common issues:
- Use the Tracked LinkAlways click "Activate Cashback" immediately before purchasing. Don't type the URL manually.
- Same-Session PurchaseComplete your subscription in the same browser window right after clicking our link.
- Browser / Device SwitchingIf you click the link on your phone but subscribe later on your laptop, the tracking link will break.
- Ad Blockers & Coupon ExtensionsExtensions like Honey, Capital One Shopping, or strict AdBlockers can override our tracking code. Disable them before clicking.
- Refunds & CancellationsIf you cancel or request a refund during the provider's trial/guarantee window, the cashback will be reversed.
